Obey

Obey is a ministry team that ministers through song, dance, and sign language. Our belief is an ounce of anointing is far more precious than a ton of talent. We strive to worship in spirit and in truth just as God's word tells us. Obey goes far deeper than dancing, in ways that we believe worship also is in forms of obeying God in all things and worshiping Him through sharing His word with others. Our age ranges 15 and up.
Outreach

Connect Kids

Connect Kids Ministry began to ensure that children ages 3-9 years old could experience an age appropriate full church service geared to glorifying God through participating in praise and worship, a lesson on their level about Jesus and experience fun games related to that particular lesson taught each Sunday. In Connect Kids, children ages 10-12 volunteer along with a crew of passionate Christians who desire through this opportunity that children will become equipped to be servants and spread the gospel to other children and families so the church may be strengthened and God will receive Glory. Our Connect Kids Pastors are Jeremiah and Michelle Osborne. Connect Kids: Sundays @ 10:45 a.m.

Misfit Student Ministries

First, we, as a ministry, strive to the best of our ability to show people who Jesus is. We want to see each person that comes into our ministry in a relationship with Jesus. Above anything else, we want to see people saved! We believe in confessing Jesus as Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9) and next step water baptism (Romans 6:1-4). Second, we learn from scripture that after Jesus is baptized, He is led by the Spirit into the wilderness (Matthew 4:1). We believe the wilderness is a place where personal devotion can begin. Before Jesus stepped into ministry, He had to first go through the wilderness. There is great benefit from dwelling in "the secret place of the Most High." When we choose to leave behind the world's delights in favor of a lifestyle of continual spiritual contemplation, God draws near in new ways (James 4:8). We begin to see our sin the way He does (Isaiah 6:1-5). Time spent in the presence of God reveals our true thoughts and selfish motivations that might otherwise escape unnoticed. From this secret place, the fruit of the Spirit takes root and grows (Galatians 5:22). We start to see our lives from an eternal perspective. Earthly frustrations lose significance. And third, we want to see each person involved in some type of ministry. Whether that's preaching, teaching, ministry team, prayer team, opening services, etc., we know each person has a calling on their lives that will shake not only our communities but the world. We know we're different, we're the Messiah's Misfits (1 Corinthians 4:9-13)!
